After receiving great feedback last year, we're once again launching an extensive pre-scan tour across several locations in Norway!
Just like last year, you'll find us at selected Carlings stores on Friday, June 20th and Saturday, June 21st from 14:00 until the store's closing time. Note the different locations and wristbands HERE.
From Monday, June 23rd until Wednesday, June 25th, we’ll have a booth at Jernbanetorget right outside Oslo Central Station where you can exchange your ticket for a wristband. The booth is open from 14:00–21:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and 10:00–18:00 on Wednesday.
New this year: We will also be doing pre-scan at the Aurora Verksted store located at Majorstuen on Monday, June 23rd and Tuesday, June 24th from 11:00 to 15:00 both days.
Important information for tickets to the festival camps:
You can only scan personal tickets for the festival camps during our pre-scan tour. Your festival camp spot tickets must be scanned at the festival camp where you’ll be staying (Ekeberg or Bjerke).
Some Carlings stores only offer 4-day wristbands, while others provide all types of wristbands (4-day, day passes, and personal camp tickets). The reason all wristband types are not available at every location is that we don’t have the capacity to send our own staff to all sites — which is necessary to ensure the proper wristbanding process.
Read more about our pre-scan tour [here].
Camp
Everyone staying at the camp must have a personal ticket. In addition, you must have a pitch ticket to be able to set up camp. Note that only one pitch ticket is needed per tent, motorhome, caravan or bus, but that everyone staying at the camp must have their own personal ticket in addition.
Yes. The age limit at the camp is 18 years. Minors do not have access to the camp.
We offer showers, laundry, toilets and phone charging. There is also an emptying station for motorhomes in the area.
No, only motorhomes, buses or caravans can be driven into the area. If you have a caravan, you can park your car next to the caravan, but the car must then be stationary during the entire stay.
There will always be life and activity at a festival camp, and we ask that camp guests respect the wishes of both neighbors and other guests for sleep. Security personnel may remove guests who do not comply with general peace and order or other regulations set by the Tons of Rock staff.
Yes. Food and drinks are permitted on the campsite. It is still not permitted to use a grill, primus, open-air kitchen or other form of open fire. Fixed gas installations in caravans and mobile homes for cooking food are of course permitted.
You can ONLY exchange your personal festival camp ticket for a wristband during our pre-scan tour.
Camp spot tickets can ONLY be scanned at the festival camp where you are staying (Ekeberg or Bjerke).
