Tons of Rock collaborates with the Norwegian Football Federation

Like the rest of Norway, Tons of Rock is excited to see the Norwegian men’s national team return to the FIFA World Cup. It could be a historic summer, with many travelling to the USA, Canada, and Mexico, while thousands will follow the matches from home. In the final week of June, around 150,000 visitors from every municipality in Norway, along with guests from over 80 countries, are expected to gather at Ekebergsletta, where Norway’s largest festival, Tons of Rock, will host artists such as Iron Maiden, The Offspring, Bring Me The Horizon, Limp Bizkit, Yungblud, DumDum Boys, and many more.

These are two major events that many people are looking forward to, and we are therefore very pleased to announce that on Friday, June 26th, Tons of Rock will screen the big match between Norway and France on large screens at Ekebergsletta. The match will be shown from 9:00 PM. The festival gates will open as usual at 12:00 PM, but concerts will start slightly earlier than on the other days. The main stage headliner will finish before 9:00 PM, while concerts and other entertainment will continue on the other stages during the match. Together with the bands, we have created a great plan that allows room for even more artists that day and the opportunity to watch this major game. A detailed schedule with set times will be announced later.

Rock and football are the perfect combination, and to celebrate this fantastic year, Tons of Rock has teamed up with the Norwegian Football Federation and Unisport to create an exclusive collection of Nike products. The items are available in limited quantities and will be sold exclusively through the Tons of Rock online store.

We look forward to a magical summer. ✨
